<p><strong>  Mod de preparare:</strong> Aluatul - Intr-un castron, se amesteca (intre palme) 180 g de unt taiat bucatele cu 250 g de faina si un varf de cutit de sare. Se face o gropita la mijloc si se adauga un galbenus batut si circa 50 ml de apa.</p>
